Kundalini Reiki

Hi all,

does anyone have experience with Kundalini Reiki that can give some advice? I was drawn to this type of Reiki as I heard that it can heal birth traumas (one of my issues). I have a few questions:

How is it different from other Reiki modalities and Reiki energy in general?
How can this type of Reiki heal birth traumas?
Is an online Kundalini Reiki course equivalent to a face-to-face course?

Any advice appreciated!
Thanks!

Nesanjica,

Never have had a better experience than an in-person Chi Kung or Reiki practice/course but will depend on the skill level of the teacher. As for Kundalini reiki it feels somewhat more powerful than Usui style but it may just be a stronger flow, and it wasn't much more powerful in my experience. All Reiki seems to need a ground in Chi Kung to really become effective and "strong."

Reiki, either it be Usui or Kundalini, or another type can be used in a karmic/time and space breaking sort of way. That's sort of how the top chakras work generally. i'd suggest meditating within the throat chakra and working on moving in-time then sending energy as you need it. These are not easily learned skills in my opinion but the theory is simple enough.

Oh,

And you can practice these sorts of skills by setting up energy flow within Reiki, and intent for the energy to travel to times/places/persons and testing to see if the energy is reaching.

One way I did that was with my friend Tom. He either would, or or wouldn't send me Reiki and it was my job to meditate into a receptive state then test to feel for his Reiki. He would verify my results later in the week. It was fun!
