Yes, I went through one stage of walking side-ways through doors in case I hit my wings ...then realised there was nothing there. Seemed crazy (and my family was wondering what the beep I was up to) but felt super real :)

Yes, not only energy on the back,but the whole energetical wings, larger than the whole body.

Hey HereNow ...
I am going to channel from my guides for this answer...
Each soul has angel wings from birth, as the angelic spiritual side gets knocked from the individual they lose these wings over time, they get loose the wings get spartan and eventually they fall off. When a soul starts to work on their evolution on their spiritual development, these wings start to return and as the individual moves through their life lessons they will change in colour. The wings are strength, they are power. They help raise consciousness. They are non physical yet they are there, just like the human auric body and the chakras...
I have felt them too, they metamorphosise, sometimes they are like dragonfly wings, at other times fairy wings and then angel wings. I think it depends on what I am working on..

The first time I felt them, I was driving home from Crestone, Co. I suddenly felt a strong energy vibration coming out of my back, between my shoulder blades. I felt lifted up and expansive...It was the most glorious sensation, yet totally spontaneous and shocking. I never knew anything like that could happen. I had barely even began to believe angels even had wings. I thought to myself, "I can NEVER tell anyone this! Surely they would be convinced I had lost my mind." Still... I felt so complete love and happiness, and humbled. When I got home, my family was watching a movie. Usually, I would go to my room and unpack my bag, change....etc. But I sat down and started watching the movie with them. Suddenly on the screen, The Rock had wings sprout out of his back...as they did... I felt mine again. The truth was hammered home in my heart that, This **** Just Got Real! LOL

I’ve seen and felt them on another person. They were dark blue.
