Affirmations for anxiety

The negativity and fear many of us experience in life can be challenging and uncomfortable. Affirmations really do help one better manage their experience of life and if anyone experiences anxiety these following affirmations will help you

I am willing to release my fears.
I live and move in a safe and secure world.
I free myself from all destructive fears and doubts.
I accept myself and create peace in my mind and heart.
I rise above thoughts that attempt to make me angry or afraid.
I release the past with ease and trust the process of life.
I am willing to release the need for this protection.
I am now willing to see only my magnificence.
I have the power to make changes.
I am always divinely protected.

Ya know...I love affirmations.

But, I will tell you what ended ALL anxieties and fears for me in 2006.
I hesitate because you may not be ready to hear it...

I think loving and accepting others for who they are enables one to love and accept themselves more easily. Anxiety is essentially fear of judgement and criticisms of others so when we start excepting others for who they are regardless we reduce the amount of criticism and judgement within ourselves thus reducing the anxiety within others which triggers the anxiety we feel within ourselves. I am always open to hear what has worked for others, is anyone ever really ready? lol

To stop anxiety and fears is to stop judging yourself and others. Too except yourself and your situations and be in the present all the time.

Let me know if you found out how to do it, cause i don't.

I am trying out this affirmation: I really don't mind it.

What anxiety or bad feelings come in my awareness i tell that to myself: I really don't mind it. When i really start to believe it, i am sure it will go away or have no power over me.
