Sleep paralysis or Astral projection? HELP NEEDED!

That video is fake.. Sleep paralysis is really terryfing but from my own experience, all those dark things that may appear feed with our fears... our fears gives them more and more power. Learn to relax and you will be just fine.

Once I had this impression that the clothes on the wall were demons, really, when I woke up, I came to my senses and I understood that my own mind created all of that....

I find it odd everyone says all those vids are fake. They just can't take it they grab you like Willie in Ghost.

But the thing is that I don’t fkn know what my soul is trying to do cos IT ISNT WORKING. Like every time that happens I become too scared and stop it. Cos I don’t know what’s going to happen next maybe something cool like astral projection BUT maybe its not it and just sleep paralysis and a demon is going to show up OR maybe im just ill for real and im gonna DIE if I let go. Ugh someone help please. :(.

I experienced exactly the same a few years ago when I was going through an extremely distressing time. And a few times before that, luckily not recently.

I also find it scary and I fight against it. I think this is sleep paralysis, I could even sense some negative energies around and then I could feel them pulling my soul out of my body!

At one point I tried not to fight it but as soon as I was floating above my body, I didn't know what would happen next so I fought against it again.

It was extremely scary and I hope never to have to go through that again!

I find that prayer helps by the way.
