Here are some others -- these are Americans and Canadians....
Here is another one...
Philip Corso (Army - Foreign Tech, and NSC)
if you haven't already read this book, it is chock full of details from a career military man on a lot of the reverse engineering of various technologies...(with a complimentary forward by the elderly Senator Strom Thurmond, who was hardly a progressive sort)....

And here's another one...
Bob Lazar (
Naval Intelligence).
A real genius and I feel a lot of compassion for his life being "erased" and his career ruint. His original vids from right after the event are VERY compelling, particularly his technical discussion the clean energy, the undiscovered (to us) elements used to power them with clean fusion (no fallout), and the gravity warp drive. One of the two "clean" undiscovered elements is Element 115 and he talks about its use in the ship as part of the fuel system. Most of all, you hear of his compelling telling of how an innocent road trip with his buddy to view the off-limits perimeter one night turned into a dangerous saga involving ongoing harassment and threats to his life.

Also here's
Paul Hellyer, a former Canadian
Minister of Defense, who was allowed to "come out" as an elderly man about alien contact on our planet.

I also believe there are loads of Latin American government officials on the record in some way, particularly in places like Mexico, Brazil, and the mountainous countries where it's pretty widely known that loads of folks have viewed the many, many UFOs and occasional "foreign guests" that have passed through over the years...
Maybe someone else can post some of those as well?
Peace & blessings,
7L
