Channeling, something else?

I have trouble sleeping. I wake up 3, to 4 times in the middle of the night. 4 o'clock this morning half awake, this sounds crazy, but I felt something enter my body, not in control, it had me roll over, put my arm around my boyfriend and whisper things I couldn't remember to him. But it was not coming from me, and not anything I would say. I finally, broke out of it, and jumped out of bed real quick! Confused, and a little frightened.
