I have never met a "bad" angel. To me the angels are angels of God, which is all goodness.

If you hear a voice or voices, be very wary. Just because they might present themselves as angelic, beneficent or guide-like does NOT mean that they are.

There are tricksters who will attempt to engage you and get your permission to, basically, proceed with extremely negative behaviors against you.

Repeatedly seeing angelic number sequences or experiencing synchronicities is not necessarily a sign of angelic or positive guidance.

When experiencing the voices, listen out for inconsistencies, outright lies, and demands for changes in your behave and thought patterns.

Bodily attacks in the form of strange sharp pains; an uncomfortably racing/thumping heartbeat; warm, pressurized sensations to various part of your scalp; weird dreams; weird visions upon falling asleep or just before waking, are all signs of negative interference.

Insomnia induced by a constant blabbering and high pitched tones from these voices is another sign.
