I know exactly what you mean about too much meat!
Nick loves the challenge of stalking into bow range of big monster hogs.....but they are too much and not near a s good to eat......I'm always telling him....go for the little bitty hogs! (what I call a "single serving hog") A little one you can throw on the pit....everyone gets there fill and its done....no leftovers.....
The one he got last weekend weighed about 30 lbs on the hoof....now those are good and your not having to deal with 400 pounds of stinky hog!
