spooks are "lifeless" energies, and for them to come from your mouth may
represent you as having said some things which you've not invested life
into... like ideas off the top of your head that you wouldn't want to become
actualized. there may be an idea of you being 'haunted' by words you've
said in the past, but that's not evident in this dream, so it could be acting
as a warning to think before you speak in the immediate future.
