Falling prey to ignorance and want.

Charles ****ens very accurately identified the main two phenomena that humanity falls prey to. In "A Christmas Carol" of course. Ignorance and want. I can see that in my own life I fall prey to these two aspects over and over. That is where the 'battle' lies.

Sky123 often expresses surprise that I am involved in a battle. Well here is where the battle lies. With ignorance and want. I find that I am surrounded by both of them and that they are tough customers to deal with.

How do you deal with them?

Maybe you can firstly define what you mean by "ignorance", and by "want", because people generally give different meanings to words. As I define them, I don't think they are "the main two phenomena that humanity falls prey to", as you suggested.

Well those two seem to be the main culprits to me. YMMV.

How about starting off with trying to deal with something small that does you no good in life. Look into why you do it, what you get out of it, read up on it if that applies. Ignorance can be got rid of, but the truth has to be faced though.
