meditating/subliminal
Hi everybody.
I don't know if this is the right thread, but I was wondering if it would be okay to listen to subliminal cd after meditating.

Hi there
I see no problems with listening to subliminal CDs after meditating. You will probably feel relaxed and receptive after meditation which should only enhance whatever positive messages are on the CD.

Just a general enquiry about subliminal message CD's and the likes. How can we be sure they aren't corrupt?

Good question. I have no idea how to check the actual contents of a subliminal CD. It seems to come down to trusting that whoever makes them is genuine.
