Ok so I was wondering are there any good ap youtubers out there? I know most of them are fake

Most people talk about doing it but aren't really doing it themselves they want clicks and subscribers so you're right to be wary.

My personal recommendation is Robert Monroe and anything the Monroe Institute puts out. Thomas Campbell I think talks of it too.

You're looking for techniques I think you said. Learning to meditate correctly from an authentic instructor will help tremendously because you're doing the same thing - deepening your brainwave frequency state while staying conscious which includes achieving authentic emptiness and stilling the chattering mind.

Bear in mind that what you are looking to achieve is usually something which happens or occurs naturally because the person doing it has accomplished spiritual attainments beforehand and has been realized to a greater degree. Using projection as a tool has it's benefits but itself isn't ever the main point of a spiritual path. All in all I'd still say chase it and go for it because for me there's no better way to prove to oneself of their non-physical nature than to jump outside of the only body our physical brain-memory has ever identified with.

I think Robert Bruce is legit..He wrote books with various teqniques and for me is clear obvious that he talks from direct experience.Also he's not limited to astral projection,but on energy work as well.
