You know what Tobi, I was going to come here on to this thread when I logged on and ask about one of the symptoms - is it better for moving! Ruta is a great remedy if you find relief for moving.
One of my friends who is a homeopath says that they were taught at some point that whatever you have on the shelf is the right remedy, right potency.
I had terrible back problems and i was prescribed a myriad of remedies. inc ruta but also arnica, aconite, bryonia, pulsatilla. My body was so confused with the different remedies and yes I did get better but it was unlikely that it was the remedy.
What I would say: you will / may get relief from the symptoms but it is not a cure for the underlying complaint.
