You could be seeing frequency. Do you ever see other colors?

I used to see indigo as well! Now I see purple. I agree - you might be seeing the frequency. Indigo is correlated with the Third-eye chakra (intuition, foresight, psychic abilities) so perhaps you are tuning into those energies and visually picking up on them?
