It isn't just about thoughts. If you have anxiety and such, don't worry and seek help. It is also about action. Don't freak out if you are putting out some bad thoughts, just work on it.

There can be only two possibilities:

Either you are on the way to awaking - Or the others are and you are still asleep.

Spiritually seen, then, whichever side you look on, the spirit is trying to awake others, but being asleep they react aggressively (or you project this on the so called others).

Anyway, if you can accept this, then do not return favor for a favor. Be kind.
