Beware Deceptive Entities

I have come to the conclusion that most channeled messages are actually from deceptive entities.

A deceptive entity would take on the appearance of someone positive such as an angel or ascended master etc.

They would offer positive seeming statements but actually distract from real spirituality eg enlightenment as taught by the Buddha and other great beings.

They would also demonize the critical faculties, our natural powers of judgement so as to make us more vulnerable to false beliefs.

They would give out prophecies and then backtrack when they did not manifest.

They would offer contradicting cosmologies that lead people astray. These cosmologies are often mutually exclusive proving that at least the majority are wrong.

So if we look with discernment at channeled messages and so on we can see that they seem to be very suspect therefore caution is needed.

Of course, we should look for evidence to substantiate any claims. We live in a deceitful world, do you trust your government, or scientists to tell you what is true? Discernment and caution are always necessary, not only when dealing with the supernatural.
