The high priest in relation to my work situation

I felt strongly I had to draw a card in relation to the very near future of my work situation. I got The High Priest (The Hierophant or The Pope) turned upside down out of around 70 cards (major and minor combined).

What are your thoughts on this?

I was unsure about posting this in the Tarot sub forum as I do not intend to discuss the card itself, but its meaning in my life right now (and it is sort of a divination request). Feel free to post in the thread.
