[Moonglow]

Love can be an elusive mistress
When attempted to conform
It to self made conditioned
But, love is patient
Love understands
With in its energy it will stand
Wait with grace and allow
The pains and grief to pass
For even in these love flows
To heal and cleanse away
The sorrow and anger
Love in its purest form
Radiates underneath
Slowing rising through the struggle
Opening up both mind and heart
To connect and clear
Away the held wounds
To release the agony of felt loss
To bring forth to mind
That love is evermore
To bring remembrance of its embrace
To have it known that healing
Can come and give new life
To that felt torn and battered
Sometimes a simple smile given
Sometimes an embrace
Other times a peace comes
In which the sword is put back in place
In the loving light
One sees with clarity
One feels the tears wash away the pain
One is grateful
For life given and shared
Through this love forms a bond
That is never broken and forever
