Breakfast - 1 bowl granola with dried raspberries in rice milk, a lemon marionberry muffin and some leftover cherry berry smoothie. Vitamin E supplement. Coffee.
Lunch - Red quinoa with chopped purple cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, radish, celery, jicama, broccoli, radicchio and butter lettuce, with a pear-champagne vinaigrette. A handful of honey roasted peanuts. Some carrot juice. 8 ounces water.
Dinner - Lavosh wrap with tomato basil hummus, cucumber, tomatoes and swiss cheese. 8 ounces water.

I've eaten a bunch of weird things today, and I will juice the following for a light dinner...
1 Green Apple
A handful of Organic Raisins
A few dates Organic
Date/Coconut Roles Organic
1 Cup of White Mulberries Organic
A smoked paprika dried fermented nut cheese wheel
A winter aged activated charcoal nut cheese wheel
JUICE: ((dinner))
1 bunch of Rainbow Chard
4 cups of Spinach
1/2 cauliflower
1/2 pound tomatoes
1 sprig curry leaves
1 romaine
4 celery
1 Large Orange Capsicum
1 cucumber
1 Broccoli Tree
1/2 lemon
3 Tomatillo’s
1 cup sunflower shoots organic
1 cup pea shoots organic
1/2 bunch of black kale organic
3 full droppers of vitamin D3 liquid

I just had a berry, pineapple, banana, pumpkin & sunflower seed + sprouted rice protein smoothie
For lunch I will have a salad of rocket, beetroot, tomato, celery, carrot, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, borlotti beans, mashed avocado + unfiltered olive oil with a raw sprouted seed & kale cracker bread

grapes, orange, bran flakes and pumpkin seeds.
Dinner: baked bean curry with caramelised onion and garlic, topped with toasted sunflower seeds, some seed bread and a green side salad. Cheap, fast dinner!

For dinner I had steamed sweet potatoes, tamari baked tofu, steamed green beans/mushrooms/edamame beans/sweetcorn/carrots/peas, organic olives and seaweed with a little Himalayan salt in a bowl
For desert I had a raw chocolate energy ball which consisted of dates, cashews, virgin coconut oil and cacao
