Lenormand Practice Thread

What does the sudden change in senior management hold regarding our new ASM?

Woman, Tree, Heart.
A female coming in to the picture (I'm already aware that the new ASM is likely to be a woman) who has worked within the company for a while (gone through various promotions), who either loves her job and/or loves the company.
Looks as though they will be understanding, friendly and approachable with a eweakth of knowledge. Fingers crossed.

Media looks to be pushing 'yes'. I am going to say Maybe LOL. Possibly a woman senator(s) is going to block or pass the vote, but it will be influenced by a female. Its not the Tarot Tower ( or else it would be a firm NO). Tower combined with letter in the booklet means a dreaded completion in bureaucracy matters

Stork. Well, straight away I can see this is to do with new beginnings, new seasons, preparing and improving the nest. In respect to my question, my path is being blocked because there's still so much to do before I can move forward and leave the "nest".

It is difficult to get clear answers with Lenormand if you use just the one card. You always use 2 (or more), but 2 suffices.

Stork is about positive change, movement in that sense.
But also about patterns & cycles.
For a person it can also mean you're always looking for the greener grass, not easily satisfied.

Maybe you can find some clarity in that. But without a second card it is a bit difficult.

I did not get my thing in the mail. Should have known with the star is was a bit of a hopeful 'sight', but not yet. Let's aim for next week.

Ba humbug. I delayed on it So I need to make an extra call on Monday make sure things don't get delayed more. Sitting on it waiting is a gamble. Fun times.

Tower and House both feel very 'locked up' to me - these cards are definitely not giving up their secrets easily!! The Sun is generally always a positive card and indicates that hope and optimism shines through - but with respect to the previous cards, looks like it will be somewhat restrained and possibly kept under wraps.

We're fast coming to the end of 2017, so will know for sure soon!

It largely depends what the "______" in your question stands for.
My first thoughts aren't 'locked' up, more like, happy being at home in your own space, enjoying that, and maybe sharing it with close family.
So a version of 'locked up' if you wish, but in a nice positive sense.

Not the easiest of climbs - but perhaps with a bit of luck, I might pull this off. If I do I really think it'll be one of those "at the very last minute" kind of deals. Letter was confusing me until I looked at it closer and it feels like new patients coming in ('Letter' here literally feels like referral letters, which may also suggest I get lots of compensible clients).

Argh I think I've hopped in every practice thread I can, except the one about someone's pet which isn't really my forte. I want someone to play with but I think everyone's doing Christmas stuff which is fair!

Here goes.

1) Describe my current work relationship with D

Immediately when I saw house and key together, I got the impression of a key turning a lock, ie - it fits and it works, OR I've figured out how to speak to him in a way that works (there's a certain degree of pandering to his ego I have to do). D and I have had issues in the past together (I've felt his mouth gets innappropriate at times and like P, he has a fragile ego and can't stand feeling like he's being overlooked) but I feel like these cards are saying that I've figured out how to deal with him and we're able to get along well enough (see those birds, talking away).

D's still never someone I'll fully trust at work, but at least it seems to work...!

2) Describe my current work relationship with P

Sun
Crossroad here seems to indicate that I'm still trying to figure P out - as in, "do I go for option A or option B?". The presence of Clouds right before Sun is bringing a whole bunch of sappy 80s style "the sun comes after the rain" lyrics to mind, which could be a sign that things are sort of looking up - but that there are also lots of reasons to continue being wary.

Crossroads seems to be a card of uncertainty here, so it could be saying that at this stage, things could still go either way.

3) Describe my current work relationship with my boss

Gah, the gender cards.
All I really get from mountain is "he's hard to reach" - whether because he's busy, because we have different opinions, etc etc. I'm wondering if Woman here refers to me, or to his wife who I haven't always gotten on with (I feel she can be extremely heavy handed and has gone way too far in the past).
Either way, it looks challenging...
