Art that reflects a spiritual path

Hello everyone,

I would like to share some of my art with you all. I have a site, you can visit here

I also do channeled art but because of a stage in my life in which I am healing many things and also because of work I have not been able to do much but later on I will share some of it here.

:)

Thank you, that was fun to see.

I am learning about art as painting, a friend is an accomplished watercolor artist and I have met many, many artists through her who each have their own way of doing things.

My friend is not as technically proficient as many, but seems to have the ability to create the next moment in her paintings, a living thing that is not just now.

You lean in that direction in my opinion. Do you think much about what you are going to paint or is it off the cuff or lightly planned or fully realized and all you are doing is putting on paper what you already see?

Thanks for your time!

Thank you very much you all. :)

KevinO:

Indeed most of the ideas expressed come very spontaneous, and sometimes I have so many ideas in mind and not as much time as I wish I had to paint them all lol. But when it comes to the details of the ideas, I do give some thought to it. It is like having all of a sudden an idea and an image in mind.

Ah, kind of like writing a poem where the image is there but then the words intrude and must be managed.

finding my talent

Hi, I am 38. I never saw that I could draw. I was prett bad but once I noticed with a lot of focus I drew a decent Micky mouse.that was about 15 years ago. Other than that There wasnt much of an artist in me. After I applied appreciation and unconditional love consistently I saw that I could draw. Over the past winter I was drawing with my childern. Mainly cartoon characters. I noticed each time I drew I got better and better. I then wanted to see if I could draw people's faces. I was determined. I was amazed how much I improved each time. Recently I took a portrait class and that just simplified drawing for me. I'm so exited for finding this talent and can't wait to see what else unfolds with further focus on my art.

That's wonderful. Good for you.

As the old saying goes, you don't know what you can do till you try.
