Veggie journey

After splurging on the tasty fast food establishments delicous, and addictive ingress, so much so it alters yourcdna, its time to embark on a healthy journey.

What can be accomplished with 2-3 small portion meals daily, and periods of fasting.

Only celtic sea salt and fresh naturalpepper for spices. Little oil and grass fed butter.

No kale or other veggies in the cruciferous family that remind me of a bleeding burger. No blueberries, strawberries or other new exotic fruit that causes sacral issues.

Sticking to oats, lentils, chickpeas. Occasionally mix in a little wild rice or quinoa. Although not real big on those last two.

No pork, chicken, beef, smelly roast beef or the ?meat?from all you can eat Chinese buffet.also no a whoopie pies, dirty cheesesteaks and pizzeria food or meat from halal food trucks

Solgar multi 2 and green pasture cod liver/ royal butter blend.

Getting fit at south Philly gym.

Doing as much as i can to see as much LIGHT as possible. Including meditation, prayer, water only and not from bottles. Keeping my consumption or caebon footprint to a minimum to feel light. And positive reading and avoiding negativity .
