seeing spirit with particular color

If you wake up in middle of night and see a spirit standing beside your bed looking at your with a particular color around them, does the color signify anything. I do not know much about auras, but I am not talking about the aura that outlines the body. The color covered all of spirit. The color was red.

As far as I understand it does. I am not sure what the different colors signify, it might just me very personal. One once showed itself to me in yellow and it had something to do with the corresponding color of a particular chakra. If you should say anything from the top of your head regarding your experience what would it be?

Strength, Determination, Protecting etz...
Relaxing and Self Loving/Nurturing.

Who was the spirit? What did it look like? Have you ever seen other spirits with different colors? Ascended Masters have a tendency to reveal themselves to people in different main colors so we get to know who they are.

I have seen 2 spirits in the tannish, yellow color. One was an Ascended Master. The other was a family guide. The first time I saw my guide was before he became our guide. After he became our guide, I saw him one more time, and his spirit was transparent white. My children would see him in "normal" physical colors.

I do not know who the spirit was. It was a woman wearing a Christmas sweater who looked like she was in her 50s. It happened a few years ago, but I was just wondering about it. I have never seen other spirits in different colors.

This incident is few years back and she was wearing red dress something good for you because red is the color of joy.
