Thanks for sharing and the replies.

I have come to the conclusion that I have a couple different medical conditions
that lead to these cramps. So I just adjust and if a lodge is crowded I will
stay outside with the fire and bring in the Grandfather rocks if need be.
Where I have just as much participation and connection.

That sounds good! Inspiring to me as I've been wondering if I can ever do one again. My blood pressure meds have stopped me from doing my beloved hot yoga. They don't do well with heat so I'm sure lodge wouldn't be ideal inside.

There are many ways of participating even if not entering the lodge.
Some of the best lodges I have been involved in did not get that
hot but were great because of the contentedness of the people
and the Spirits and total atmosphere.

Sometimes there are sweats for the elderly and disabled/handicapped in which it does not get very hot.

If people would stop pounding their chests, it would not always get excessively hot. I been at some where virtually everybody had to leave because of the heat.

More EGO and little Spirit involved.
I have been in more than a few of those pounding chest sweats.
Some people can be borderline dangerous.

I will just be more accommodating to my condition.
Possibly the right amount or combinations of things will
be found to benefit my cramps or maybe not, I am good with it
however it works out.
