Hey Blair2be,
imagine you are God and you have full control of this dream, nothing can ever hurt you and you will always have everything you need. This is your dream and you have just woken to it, you have decided not to know the future because you enjoy pleasant surprises and if you knew how things turn out it would be like someone telling you the ending of a film - but this film has a lovely ending thats all you need to know.
Imagine how relaxed you are about the whole of the rest of your life now that you know this, you need make no effort except to do what makes you happy and to marvel at this amazing experience you have created for yourSELF.
Everything you see in the outside world is a representation of your inner SELF so treat everything with the same love and respect. One SELF a trillion faces, just realising this makes a difference.
