Coming back online
Hi, it's been awhile since I last posted, so I thought I'd give ya'll an update on what's been going on. I've been going through sort of a spiritual awakening, as I like to call it. I have been doing yoga, meditating, started using herbal supplements and massage for my medical conditions. Those three things alone have me more relaxed than I have ever been in my whole life. I am also taking a class on reiki, and aromatherapy. All this, plus I have started looking into native American spirituality. It is amazing the progress I've made just since October. So what have I missed here?

Whew!...don't know where you started from, but with all that processing you must be a whole new person...good on ya...things are a bit slow around here, everyone wants to be heard, but not many want a conversation...maybe you can stir it up a little...welcome back, hippyman...!

A whole new person is saying the least. I swear, it feels like I'm changing everyday. I even refused services on an unnecessary medical test for the first time in my life. I feel like I am taking control of my life for the first time ever. It feels amazing. This new age stuff is really addicting.
