feeling smiley

Hey all,

I haven't really been in relationships. I have been talking with this guy via internet that I met through work. I can't stop smiling and things, but I am afraid of being blinded by these feelings and not seeing the truth. He has a really good energy, but I guess I'm not sure of his full motives...I didn't have a healthy view on men growing up and that has really impacted potential relationships. I close my heart. I'm scared he just wants on thing, but it might be my ego talking. I get excited when I hear from him though.

How do I know if I am really happy because I a blinded by my ego, or if my feelings are right?

If you feel happy, you are happy. What you're really asking is if you should proceed in this relationship. You should do so only if you stand to learn from continuing. In truth, the only way to discover what will make you truly happy is to experience as much as possible. Go to every safe limit with this guy, and do the same with the next and the next. As long as you protect you body, your mind and heart will expand.
