Can AP cause sleep walking
Hi all,
A random question but can failed attempt to astral project cause sleep walking?
I've been trying to project with aid of various guided techniques but have not successfully done it so far. I have missing items in my house ( i have another post about it) and im trying to find answer as to where they have gone.
I've read up on it and it seems like sleep walking could be a cause of failed AP attempt.
Any truth to this ?
Any advise/theories will be much appreciated.

Well astral projection is different from dreams dreams cause sleep walking.
There are two types of dream normal dream & lucid dream and further both are taking us on two planes, 1) Dream plane & 2) Astral plane.
Astral projection can not influence dreams. But dreams can lead to sleep walking astral.
