Unlikely. I. have observed triplet cats so they must have the same chart but they all have different personalities. They are all Virgos, two of them the females are very friendly with humans, one of them likes to cuddle, is very stubborn, brave, very territorial, never tolerates other cats/dogs other than her sister, anything happens to a family member she gets worried and she always gets what she wants, the other begs for everything and likes solitude more and is such a coward when she confronts non-human animals. The former is more dominant and the latter is submissive when they interact. The third one is male, he lives with my aunt so I see him occasionally, he is less territorial and tolerates other animals unless provoked by them and he attacks humans unlike his sisters. So folks, maybe it works on animals like dolphins, whales (I've read their consciousness is higher than humans.) and maybe other primates aswell but for cats, dogs and the rest, nope.
