My spirit guide?

Pretty positive I met my spirit guide yesterday. I was attempting for the first time! I had a vision of a white horse named snow. He seemed really sad--actually found myself feeling sad myself! I introduced myself and called him closer, and explained why I contacted him. My entire body felt electric, and I was left with a terrible headache and overall sad feeling. The visit ended before I could get any info, really, but did sense that he put his head in my hands, and the town of chelsea, michigan was the one piece of info that I got!

Also, my entire life, I have been unreasonably terrified of horses, so you can imagine my surprise when a horse answered my call. I wasn't afraid of this one, tho. Weird, right??


I'm just really confused. Has anyone had that happen before? their first time, all the emotion, and the headache after??

It may have been your spirit guide, I would love to be sure of that, but since I haven't met mine yet, I can't tell you. But my advice would be that you'd try again and see what you get. If it's the white horse again, then it is your spirit guide. But be careful cause you may have more than one, so if you meet another one, ask it if the horse was your spirit guide too. Or you may want to ask for a dream (it works for me almost every time).

We have a large spiritual team. Some guides are w/ us always while others are just there briefly for special projects. This could have been a specialist guide to help you move past your fear of horses. Don’t let it throw you if they don’t reappear again.

It is always good practice to vet any energies that contact us, even if they present as friendly or as our guides.

Spirit totems is what the Native American's call them. You also have several human guides.
