This sounds a bit like kundalini. I don't know a ton about it except that the energy is "awakened", rides up the spine, and can leave one in a state of bliss. Your affirmation work has inspired me!

A couple days ago, I was sitting at the window watching the rain and trees and birds, and thinking about nothing [literally], and all of a sudden I felt immense joy and love. I could see the beauty and spirit in everything. I was so overcome that as I went to get a glass of water, I felt like laughing uproariously [a Big Buddha laugh, as it were]. :ico:

Excellent story! I do have times similar to this where I'm immensely grateful for trees and surround nature while taking a walk. I feel as if I'm surrounded by boundless abundance: trees, birds, sounds, clouds, squirrels, etc.
