Help related blocking reading mind through throat and nasal connections

Hi,

Many people are connected through throat chakra and nasal chakra. Especially relatives are reading mind and talking all my thoughts. They are connected through nasal chakra and talking through breathe. Some are using telepathy and controlling mind and emotions through brain communication. Can anybody help to block these connections? These communication they are using for bad purposes and for 24 hours they are disturbing me. Please provide me contact who can help me to solve the problem.
