Help guys!

What do you think what happen to me? It's almost 3 times I encounter that situation and that is too scary. Sleep Paralysis that what happen to me yesterday I can't move but I'm awake and I feel like there something or someone sitting on my chest during that night and I'm glad that I was able to move my toe.

Sleep Paralysis is a fairly common thing.
i suggest that you use those moments to bring your mind into a
peaceful focus -- that might set the tone for your whole day.

Sleeping on your sides should also help. Nobody can sit on your chest that way. And you know it is not that bad, nothing real is going on. I've only had one SP and even though It was supposed to be scary I just laughed and knew it was a SP. It didn't even last 10 secs.

I remember the one time it happened to me was super scary, so I get where you're coming from! But, it's nothing supernatural, as Horace said, it's pretty common :)
