I don't have a statistic, but it works best with sports scores and results. It also works quite well with influencing other people's attitude.
Guessing an outcome works somewhat, but influencing the outcome, aka creating reality, seems to work better.

What about karma? If you don't have the right karma then you are not supposed to win lottery and you will end up spinning your wheels trying to win, not knowing that you can't.
