Is this a AP?..What can you tell me about this?
 Hi everyone..I'm new and Im not sure what I'm seeing..or if its AP?..This is my 1st one..I also have 4 different ones{different days}..But here's the 1st..What can you tell me about it?
1st One:
I lay down for an evening nap and was thinking of paying bills ..I close my eyes and this is what I saw..
In a flash I see this Celebrity the celebrity's face-body and was clothed and was standing next to something..But this person had a surprise-shock look..Then up above this person was white-ish lighting surrounded the person{Celebrity} in a circle …..
So what do you think? |

ok thanks..i was told so many things..I didnt know what to believe..The other 4 are competely different..Basically not like this one..If interested in the other 4 (times) let me know..

If you were out of your body, it was ap. If you saw things and you were inside of your body it was not ap. However, it was very close to ap. You just had to make an exit from your body.

Probably a dream but possibly a vision. Those sort of sudden shifts don't usually happen in AP.

Hi Misty (one of my favourite names!) :)
It doesn't sound like a classic a.p. It could be a very quick vivid dream....it could be a sort of remote viewing....it could be one of those 'hypnogogic' visions which sometimes happen when we are on the verge of sleep but not quite under. Sometimes they are so realistic. They could mean something objective....or not -as the case may be. I get those sometimes.

It depends on what you mean by "see" if it was a hypnagogic vision then it likely wasn't an AP. If it was an experience like a dream then yes it could be considered an AP since dreaming and APing occur in the same bodies and dimensions. |

I astrally project all the time. I don't have to be outside my body to do it. Outside of your body, then its called astral travel. Not astral projection. I've done that too.
