Does anyone know of the one who posted the beautiful meditative thoughts on suffering and the heart of suffering?

There were many quotes by poets and philosophers...

I remember the one by Franz Kafka:

You can hold yourself back from the sufferings of the world, that is something you are free to do and it accords with your nature, but perhaps this very holding back is the one suffering you could avoid.”

But there were tons of others...
Can't recall who posted...wondered if anyone saved or had sth similar?

Meditation to meet your spirit guide (Compendium version)




This guided meditation is an example of a conscious pathway for you to create to empower yourself to connect with your spirit guides and helpers. While you may have initial doubts in your capacity to connect in this way, and may have little validity to support you, reassure yourself within the fact that your imagination, with which you will be using, actually originates from, and is rooted within an extremely high vibrational source within the spirit world. For you to meet your spirit guides half way between dimensions requires a bridge. Your imagination will become that bridge today. Remember, thoughts are real. It is the physical that is the illusion.

Preparation.

Before using my meditations you may wish to follow your own routine to relax you for the journey ahead. When you have set aside enough time and space for your session you will want to ensure you will not be interrupted for at least half an hour.

You will want to initiate a comfortable position and prepare your physical space to your needs. You may also wish to play some subtle background music to aid in your relaxation. This type of music can be found in most spiritual/new age stores, as well as most CD retailers. You may also find suitable music online. Natural harmonious music is preferred because you will want it to raise your energy vibration.

Begin your personal routine of relaxation and enter your state of deep inner-awareness. If you do not have a personal routine of relaxation seek guidance from meditation practitioners for one best suited for you.

If you so wish, you may want to begin your meditation journey with a simple 10 minute chakra exercise. This may maximise your energy flow and boost the efficiency of your third eye and receptive nodes.

Bring the breath into focus and allow it to bring your mind, body and spirit into harmonious alignment. It is very important for a successful meditation that you aspire to this alignment. Use the breath to calm the mind into gentle stillness. Breathe in the universal life force that surrounds, penetrates and enlightens you. Breathe out all emotional, mental and physical attachments and negative energy residue.

Within the breath you may wish to state clearly your intent and reason for your meditation at this time. This allows those guides within your proximity to have a clear understanding of your intention, and subsequently prepare themselves to assist you. You are advised to give them 10 minutes notice in advance in courtesy, within the breathe if you so wish, during your initial relaxation routine.

Let us begin.

Visualize yourself upon a path.
This path may take on any form you so wish.
Surrounding the path is a dense fresh green forest.
As you bring the path into focus, you observe it extend downward off into the distance deep within the lush green forest.
You may wish to, if you so choose, to visualize yourself being accompanied by a loving pet or animal guide.




Visualize yourself now walking along this downward path, and as you do notice the scent of the trees and the plants, the flowers if you see any.
Notice the sound of the nature that lives within it; the birds and the bees, and other scurries of little animals.
Notice how the gentle subtle breeze causes the leaves of trees and plants to sway and dance.

Visualize yourself walking down, down, down further into the dense green forest along the long narrow path.
Hear your own footsteps as you do.
Enjoy the pleasant walk, fully immersing yourself into your senses.

After some time you hear the distant sound of flowing water further beyond the trees.
As you walk further downward along the path you come upon a huge clearing.
The sun is shining right down into the clearing and illuminates a stone bridge ahead of you.
Below the bridge you see the source of the sound of water as a calm shallow river that runs right to left.
The sun shimmers off the surface of the clear blue water.
The bridge itself is wide and gives you plenty of room to cross.




At the opposite end of the bridge you observe some steps that lead up to a stone archway completely covered in beautiful green vines and leaves.
At each side of the archway is a stone wall also covered in beautiful green vines and leaves that extends in both directions.
Whatever is beyond the archway is not yet known to you, and you cannot see over the stone walls.

Visualize yourself now walking across the stone bridge towards the archway.
As you do you feel a distinct sensation of peace and love overcome you.
With each step you feel your old physical life fade further and further away, as if it were a distant memory.
You feel you have come a long way, yet time has no meaning here, and it does not concern you.

As you cross the bridge and approach the steps directly before the archway you become aware that the view beyond the arch is somehow distorted.
The view beyond the archway seems to change and distort each time you look through it.
You reach the top of the steps now and stand in front of the archway.
The view beyond here is still distorted, but this does not bother you.
You feel an intuitive sense of beckoning love and familiar belonging ahead.
You step through the arch.


Suddenly all your surroundings have changed.
You immediately sense a penetrating warmth, that engulfs you like a loving blanket.
You find yourself upon a wide path completely covered in flower petals of all colours.
At each side of the path there appears to be a long hedge completely made from hundreds and hundreds of different flowers of all description.
It is the most beautiful display of colour and nature you have ever seen.
There is also a profound magical fragrance that captivates your very soul.
The flowers seem to come alive with your presence and you distinctly hear faint echoes of musical tones emanate from then.




The two hedges direct you down the path.
As you follow the path forward you begin to make out a structure ahead.
You immediately recognise it, for it is your dream cottage; your soul sanctuary.
It is your special sacred home, away from home.
It is your special secret place.
You are very excited to see it here and waste no time going inside.

Once inside you visualize your surroundings just as you desire it to be.
Nothing is set in stone, and the environment changes in response to your needs.
You find everything you hold of value here. Everything you have ever had or ever wanted is here.
The architecture is as you desire, as too are the pictures, ornaments and the furnishings.

You will want to make your way into the main room, the living room, since you are expecting your guest any time now.
Take a seat in the main room, in front of your beautiful fireplace if you so wish.
Prepare the room as you wish ready for your spirit guides arrival.
You may wish to open a bottle of wine or make yourself some tea while you wait.
If your pet or animal guide has accompanied you, you will want to let them settle.




This is your sacred cottage, nobody can or may enter without your permission.
You are completely safe and at peace here.
Today you have invited one of your spirit guides.
While you wait reflect on any questions you may wish to ask them, or anything you wish to express.

And now is the time.
Silently and gracefully your spirit guide enters the room.
They appear to you in a form which you can relate to and feel comfortable with.
Their presence radiates complete unconditional love, compassion and wisdom.
Your spirit guide speaks first, introducing their name and telling you who they are.
They hold a gift for you, which they place in your hands.
This gift can be anything, and it will be personal and significant to you.

Greet them, thank them for this gift, and invite them to sit with you.
Here is now your opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and create a dialogue with your guide.

Spend as much time as you need, and exchange all that you feel you need to.
Your spirit guide remains completely within a aura of love, compassion and complete understanding of what you have to say.

When you have finished your dialogue at this time, you will thank them for coming, and for their advice and comfort.
They will exit the room and your sacred cottage as silently and gracefully as they had entered.
You will be left feeling spiritually empowered, hopeful and full of joy and gratitude.

You may wish to stay here in your sacred cottage a little longer to reflect on what has been said, or you may wish to make your way back.

When you are ready to leave, remembering to take your gift with you, make your way out of your cottage and back along the path of flowers.
Go through the archway back upon the bridge, and follow your way back along the path into the lush green forest.

At this time allow yourself to become aware of your physical body within the physical world.
Bring your focus back into the physical world and concentrate once again on your breath.
Count to five and open your eyes.
Ground yourself as you need to.

You can return to your sacred cottage any time you wish.

[Spirit Guide Sparrow]

Meditation to meet the Asceleott presence.

This is a guided meditation to invoke the presence of the Asceleott council and experience their unique energy vibration.
Though I go by the name of Spirit Guide Sparrow, the Asceleott group, of whom I am a part, know me by a different name. This is a name that represents my energy vibration and gifts of spirit associated with this soul group.
Everyone has their own soul group, and perhaps one day you too will connect with your own and discover your own true identity and spirit ancestry.

Some of you may be able to connect with the Asceleott soul group by visiting their halls of records. If you do, you are welcome to write about your experiences here, or in pm. This short meditation is an alternative form of intimate connection with us on our energy frequency. Some may find this meditation unusual in visualization, but it is appropriate for the platform to support the energy coming through.

I will take you to a corridor of light upon a highway of consciousness. Within this corridor you will be in a state and space suitable for those of the Asceleott beings to approach you. It is necessary for you not to visualize or fixate on any Earth-orientated surroundings since this will completely throw you off where you need to be to meet the Asceleott.

Sit ideally with your spine straight and the palms of your hands facing upward. Eyes closed.

Allow your mind now to shift its focus to the temple of your forehead.
And at the temple of your forehead imagine a pinhead of silvery white light.
As you do, sense a warmth of energy forming within the light.
Imagine this light slowly becoming bigger and bigger, radiating a brilliant silvery white light, until it is the size of a tennis ball.
As it shimmers upon your forehead shift your focus to the palms of your hands.
Within the palms of your hands imagine a pinhead of silvery white light.
Sense the warmth radiating through your hands as the light grows bigger, and bigger.
Imagine the silvery white light form two shimmering balls of energy in the palms of your hands.
Feel the warm glow of your hands, and upon your forehead, and feel the energy spinning in unison.
From the glow upon your forehead two silvery white beams of light begin to shoot down to connect with the light within your left and your right hands.
Imagine now a third beam of silvery white light ignites between your left and right hands. Forming a triangular beam of light, between your hands and forehead.
As soon as this happens you begin to notice a triangular prism of silvery white light form from your temple, to your hands, permeating throughout your whole upper body.
As you do this, begin to will the holographic prism into a slow spinning rotation.
As you observe it will it faster and faster into rotation.
As it begins to spin faster and faster imagine another radiant light begin to emerge within the prism, formed from the pure love of your spirit.
Observe the love of your pure spirit radiate more and more within the prism until it fills it entirely.
As this pure love builds and builds within the prism to a radiant glow, suddenly observe a fractured ray of violet light project out from the prism.
As the prism continues to spin, see this ray of violet light spin around and around you, completely surrounding you, forming a type of plasma ball.
Observe the plasmic sphere engulf you in beautiful violet light and silvery white flakes of light.




As this plasmic sphere of violet light solidifies around you, cocooning you within its energy, notice how the prism spins out of your current scope of vision and disappears.
It is no longer necessary to give the prism momentum as it now has its own to sustain the sphere.
Focus now upon the exquisite energy contained within the violet plasmic sphere.
Let it permeate through and penetrate your mind, body and soul.
Feel every atom and molecule of your being saturate with this beautiful violet energy.
Know that nothing negative can possibly enter this sphere without your permission.

This sphere is now going to be used to access different dimensions in time and space.
You invoke the name ‘Asceleott’ and call upon them to connect with you.
Focus on the word.
As you look outward from within the sphere visualize the surroundings of your current room from memory.
As you do this allow the sphere to alter your energy vibration.
Visualize your body becoming a brilliant mirror of aluminous light. You are saturated in violet transformative light.
Observe now how the surroundings outside of the sphere begin to change.
Objects begin to lose their physical appearance and instead begin to appear as pixels of light.
These pixels of light completely change the perspective of reality outside the sphere.




You watch as a matrix of aluminous pixels replace physical space and you feel as if you are sitting within a hologram of your former reality.
Now watch as even those pixels fade and saturate into nothingness.
The whole room disappears, and yet you stay unmoved in your position within the sphere.
You realize you are entering another dimensional frequency, and the physical laws of time and space no longer apply.
Visualize yourself, within your sphere travelling at tremendous immeasurable speed through blurred corridors of light, sound and unusual imagery.
Remembering you are completely safe and secure within your sphere.
Visualize yourself travelling beyond stars and space at the speed of thought.
Everything you see appears as streams of blurred images as you pass it effortlessly.
Focus again on, and utter the name ‘Asceleott’. Allow the vibration of the word to propel you into motion.

At last you come to an abrupt holt, yet you remain unmoved within the sphere.
You find yourself in an infinite void of beautiful streaming light all moving in different directions.





The light consist of colours you have never even seen before.
As you focus your vision you appear to be in the middle of a vast expansive corridor, between dimensions.
There are no walls, no doors, simply streams of radiant light directly above you, and directly below you.
Beyond the streams of light above you, you occasionally glimpse flashes of stars, galaxies and other galactic phenomenon.
Whereas, below you, you get glimpses of different planet landscapes and atmospheres.

The sphere within which you sit now nestles upon a white disk of light that appears from under you.
Allow yourself to sit comfortably and soak in the breathtaking visuals of this dimensional corridor.

Suddenly, in the corner of your eye you catch an apparition of movement.
It fades into view quickly and speeds effortlessly towards where you sit.
Immediately you sense the unique energy from this being as it manifests to you in one of their native forms.
Allow yourself to experience the energy and the love from this being as it begins to speak with you.
It speaks to you telepathically in a language you can understand, although its form may be unusual to you.
It speaks of its name and tells you that it has come to represent the Asceleott group.
Rather than use telepathic English, the being may choose to manipulate and distort your surroundings to show you images instead.
These images will be proudly insightful, emotionally provoking and awe inspiring.
It may leave these images open to your own interpretation.

If you wish for healing at this time, ask this being to assist you at this time for whatever it is you feel needs to be healed.

If you wish for guidance or insight at this time, ask this being to assist you at this time for guidance and insight.

If you wish to access their vast knowledge and wisdom at this time, ask this being to assist you at this time for just that.

The Asceleott will show you exactly what you need to see, or tell you exactly what you need to hear for that moment.

When you are ready to return home, ask the Asceleott to take you home. Or if you are comfortable to do so, take yourself home back the way you came.

It is very important that you ground yourself once you have returned back to physical awareness.

Maybe it is just my imagination, but I could feel an energy change as I was just reading the meditation. Then I heard raps on the wall, I always wonder if these are confirmations of some sort ? Like a " hello, you know I am here " kind of greeting ?

Anyways, I am anxiously looking forward to stepping into the light and energy vibration of the Asceleott presence and I will be sure to let you know how it goes.

Asked you did, and you did receive.
I would completely expect a whole host of different experiences from many different people, since it is a very personal meditation experience. Personal in that, depending on your own belief systems, and your own vibration of energy, they will interact with you accordingly.
I would be curious as to your own description of the sensation of energy felt through such a meditation, or as you speak, from reading it. Not only then would you be connecting with a completely different soul group, but you will be experiencing my own energy through that.
If you would like confirmation that the Asceleottyi are around you, or have accepted your invitation to connect, then you shall have it.

Don’t forget to ground yourself after connecting. Take a shower, eat some food or go for a walk. Oh, and drink plenty of filtered water.

I have not yet had the opportunity to use this meditation as my life at the moment is a bit chaotic. But to answer your question, about the description of the energy sensation while reading this mediation... there was a lightness of being, like a spiritual high, I could feel my thoughts and an energy level swirling around me, taking me higher so to speak. If I had such feelings just by reading your meditation, and not yet experiencing it... I am certainly looking forward to the actual meditation and meeting with the Asceleotti !

oh and thank you for the reminder on the grounding and drinking lots of water ! I usually forget to do this and end up just floating in the clouds randomly for awhile afterwards and oh, what a feeling ! I must confess, sometimes I just don't want to come back down to earth.

A Message
It is through human action, and indeed inaction, that planet Earth is in the state that it is.
It is through human ignorance and denial of responsibility that the world you live on continues to suffer.
Human destiny is not pre-written and should the world and the species come to an end through its own self-destructive behaviour, then so be it.

For those of you who care for your planet and your species, it is up to you to do something now, and do something quickly, to create an outcome of global kinship forged from universal love.
It is only by standing together, side by side, regardless of creed, race or social status, can you forge a future of peace and harmony for future generations to enjoy.

One person can make a difference. Many can produce change.
It is not your physical influence through this meditation that is important. It is the energy your create around you and project out across the currents of consciousness that seed the potential for change.
This meditation is about projecting such ripples in the fabric of human consciousness.
Do not underestimate your inherent spiritual power.

Let us begin.

You will have prepared enough time and space for your exercise.
You will begin using your typical desired breathing and relaxation routine.
Place your hands in a relaxed and open position at each side of legs or knees, palms facing upward. Spine in a straight position.
Clear your mind, and heart of the days events, and allow yourself to accept this now moment.

Acknowledge it is through the power of love that any of this is possible.
Acknowledge through love the sacred violet rays of transformation exist to help you.
Imagine what these beautiful rays look like and what they can do for you.
Focus your thoughts on these rays and hold in your heart the intention of what you are about to do.
It is through your actions that you interact with the cosmic forces of the universe.

The sphere now expands to fill the whole of the planet.
Visualize the planet glowing with serene love and encased in a sphere of violet peaceful light.
Feel this light saturate every living being, every object, everything in its path.
Visualize this divine violet light wash away all pain, all suffering and all fear.
Visualize this divine light spreading truth, wisdom and compassion to all.
Visualize the world, and all who live upon it, united as one in love and in peace.




Hold this visualization for as long as you can.

When you are ready, refocus your mind back upon yourself.
Seated and relaxed in your comfortable position.
Focus your attention upon your breathing now,
Notice your heart beating.

Open your eyes.

Thank yourself for the good work that you have done.
I thank you for the good work that you do.
