So... I always hear or see or smell spirits.
I even have rules in the house for them like they can hang out here if they're good positive spirits and no one's allowed to mess with the pets or the human or anything in the house long as we can all live harmoniously with one another I'm good.

But I want to earth do you want to tell me anything I hear them call my name and I hear Make sounds that you make but I don't know how to channel it in like the people doing TV.

So any pointers ? Thank you.

That's something your going to have to learn so be very patient. It takes time. Abilities have individual doors that you open. It's up to you how far you open them. Mine are usually off the hinges When I switch from 3D awareness. It's basically like this. Whatever you put your mind on in terms of your awareness to surroundings and your senses that is what will be the most pronounced. Closing this door, you do the same thing but take focus away from the heightened senses you have. This is the best way I can describe it so that most people would understand how it works to get it going. Spirit will help you perfect this over time because your guides do not want you being open all the time. They can still reach you even if your not because closing off doesn't really affect them and their access to u.

Watch for the triggers. There's always something they know about ya which you don't know about yourself and that's how we learn. Be careful on interpretation

pets are very psychic and can sense spirit nothing you can do about it what so ever they are more intune with the energy than anyone,
you need to meditate get to know your guide and his or hers energy and ask them for guidence.
go to a spiritulist church learn how to connect to spirit.how to open up and close down etc.
everything comes with experience.

Krammer, I can't think of any triggers. But I've also taken and try to look for triggers.
