Not sure what's going on here...

This has been bugging me for a while. I had met someone, last year, who I thought might be my twin soul. We didn't have much of a chance to talk and haven't spoken to him since. I remember I started going out of body while sleeping and I would see him. I would also get confirmations from pictures that I've seen via his mom's Twitter. It happens a lot and sometimes I would swear that I hear his voice from time to time. I sometimes pick up on certain words/happenings and I would once again get confirmation on these. I dislike checking, through his mom, on these things I see and hear, but I'm interested in figuring out why these things keep happening. I've tried reaching out to him physically, through letters and the like, but I haven't received anything.

It's been really confusing as to why I keep hearing this much information without him even being in my life or even near me (different continent). I would think, if he felt the same way about me (being twin soul and all) he would have at least sent a letter back to me by now or something like that. Is it possible to be this entwined with someone without much physical interaction? I hear his voice quite a lot too. Is there anyone that can help me out with this?
