Weakness is power
2 Cor 12...but about myself I will not boast, except about my weaknesses......,
...God said “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” I will rather boast most gladly of my weaknesses,* in order that the power of Christ may dwell with me.
I've always wondered what the true meaning of those verses is. They are verses that keeps replaying in my head like a broken record.
What is the meaning of those verses in your opinion? To me it all boils down to humility. Weakness makes us humble and more needy of God's help.

I think the verses are referring to the ' ego ' which creates a sense of ' self ' and seperates you from oneness/Christ consciouness.

Isn't boasting about ones own weaknesses basically just guilt tripping everyone?
Maybe god is susceptible to a bit of guilt tripping?
*prays* "dear god you put me on this planet, against my will might I add, so do me a small favour and atleast make things a little more fun"

there are reasons to prefer weakness.
weakness also doesn't use overpowering force, that would wash out sensitivity to subtle energies. weakness also allows an understanding that change is allowable, even when you aren't the one in charge of how change should go.

God is grace, true weakness is realizing the need for healing within the spirit.
Gods grace works there.
Ask and you shall receive... but that takes a deep understanding of our true weakness..
Everyone knows mine.. LOl.
God help me... I can't do that for you if you think you be Gods.
Jesus... that spirit was all yours?
