There is the potential for relief (feeling better) indefinitely.
In other words, we do not know of any ending point to the amount of clarity,
and adventure, and joy, and Well-Being—it is an unlimited thing.

Regarding keeping in balance, not doing too much...

 It usually takes about 30 days to change a habit. Not because you need 30 days.
but you have to consciously make that decision.

Every time you say, “I appreciate that. I really like that. I applaud that.
I acknowledge the value in that.”
Every time you do that.... it... creates a vacuum, so to speak,
or an attraction, so to speak, that draws more and more and more and more.

The only Source that flows is the Source of Well-Being.
