Connect with guides
Hi all
A couple of months ago I was able to connect with my guide with the help of a medium. I would like to try to connect again now on my own but I'm not sure how to do it. Could anybody help me out and tell me what the best way to connect is?

Perhaps ask for your guide/s before you go to sleep to make an appearence and they may appear in your dreams or they may leave little hints that they are about just a suggestion

I use meditation and automatic writing to connect with my guides. It's best to find a method that you're most comfortable with based on what you're already doing.
