Why on earth would Jesus go to India, etc. As the son of God (or whatever) he'd hardly be lacking for answers.
Apart from the few dozen hours he appears in the Bible he is, for the said 33 years, the invisible man.
We may presumably assume that he did actually know where India lies on this globe - just we can suppose that he also knew about the Poles, about the Pacific ocean, about the Earth going round the sun - and so on. We humans would have welcomed this information and it would have saved a lot of suffering later on in history.
Anyway, any son of God would simply transpose himself to India, walking or going on a horse would be a weak choice, time wasting in the first instance.

A more modern person to study is Christopher Columbus. His book, "Book of Prophecies" reveals aspects of the man that most authors neglect. For example, some of his men landing in Central America or Columbus's belief he found Eden (Garden of Eden was inside Eden) and the major religious role he believed he was a major part of. Another part was the navigational information he had acquired which seems to indicate he may have known the World was really roundish. Some might even claim Columbus was much into Spirituality.

Because he'd be taking coals to Newcastle.

New Testament scholar Bart Ehrman [whom I rank highly, consider reading his works] has said: ''Today there is not a single recognized scholar on the planet who has any doubts about the matter. The entire story was invented by Notovitch, who earned a good deal of money and a substantial amount of notoriety for his hoax.''

I think a travel from 1st century Judea/Galilee to a monastery somewhere in the Himalayas [Afgani/Paki region] would be quite expensive for a carpenter. Then again, such inconveniences are usually ignored by the faithful [of any brand]. If there are ''similarities'' in teachings then who is to say one has to learn about that from another culture (?). Can different people and cultures not come to similar teachings and findings without having contact with one another (?). Of course they can.

If the concept of a person such as Jesus was a reality, and a person such as Jesus, being in a Christ like atonement state with the Heavenly Father.

then a person such as Jesus would have had the complete ability to accomplish all manner of amazing feats with his mind, in consenance with the magical invisible spiritual matter of the universe.

A person in that state of being could have quite simply just willed his flesh body to lift of the ground as high as he chose, & then with his mind he could have propelled himself to any location on this planet. & even travel at breakneck speed that would rival to days high speed jet propulsion.
& with out experiencing any devasting effects from on coming wind sheer caused by traveling at high speed.
Because with his mind he could create an invisible barrier of incredible impenetrable strength, from the magical spiritual matter of the universe.

There would be literally absolutely nothing that could stop this kind of person, from accomplishing what ever he chose to do.

He could have even stayed in his homeland & learnt any kind of information of any subject, by having persons without the flesh body ( spiritual beings) visit him, of whom could have had knowledge of whatever he chose to know about.

As a Being of Christ Consciousness, his mind would have been like a sponge & the speed that he could have taken in information, would literally be incredibly phenomenal.

A person called 'Jesus'/Yeshua, preaching a gospel, may have existed but that does not make all the claims that are written about him true. Believers write down what they want and the oldest texts we know of were written decades after he supposedly lived.

I do not subscribe to magical thinking [''If he was of God'' than ''he could do this and that'']. This also applies to talking snakes, a staff clearing the Red Sea, a deity creating a universe, and a whole range of other ''miracles''. I do not consider such things credible because there's no reason at all to think they happened. It works in the Bible, it works in Harry Potter, and it will work in a video game.

You can of course believe in those things, I just don't see any credible reason nor any evidence to support such beliefs.
