What science can do for death until now

After I watched this video. I found out after clinical dead our human brain is still working. There is some kind of energy still working inside the human brain but they don't know What kind of that energy. I hope if you understand that energy We will know there is life after death or not

I find that interesting, but I'm a little confused. From what I've read, our soul leaves the body after we die. If there's brain activity, what does that mean regarding our soul? Perhaps it's the last part of the physical body to take leave.

When you pull the electrical cord from the wall socket, the device is still operating for a few milliseconds, dying down, while its power supply's capacitors discharge.

The observation quoted by the OP doesn't say anything about soul, death, afterlife, ...
