Yoga for stress

Yoga is highly recommended by the doctors and spiritual scholars too.
Its the best remedy to save your self from stress and anxiety. If you feel that you are suffering from these manic diseases then you must do this exercise. It is best practice for physical and mental fitness.

Yes of course yoga is widely recommended to beat the stress, depression and anxiety.
I have personal experience of yoga workout because I handle all my stress and depression through yoga workout.

It is recommended for stress busting. No doubt that yoga keeps our mind cool and fresh and helpful in stress busting. We should do yoga to reduce stress and depression.

I joined yoga primarily to get stress relief. I'm glad to say I got more out of it than that.
