There's many ways to practice all the abilities, the best place to start is meditation because all the abilities require separation of thinking from the activities because if the thinking aspect of the mind can't be stopped it will interfere and the results will be minimal at best.
After that, or in conjunction with it, there are actually a lot of things on the web with ways to practice, there's no right way or wrong way per say, just a way which works best for you. You can be completely self taught too, our Higher Selves are eager to 'get these circuits hooked up again'.
I'm not recruiting students, a few people have come to me with very persuasive reasons/requests why I should help them remember and Higher Self said 'yes , this one you can help', so I have on occasion, but it's not something I actively offer even.
If you are interested in becoming a Healer I would recommend taking some classes, Reiki, Prana, Cranial Sacral, Healing Light and other forms are widely available in most 1st world countries if you look around a bit. Metaphysical stores, Crystal stores and local spiritual centers are a good place to start asking.
The psychic abilities are like many things in life, to begin to learn how you begin to pursue knowledge in how to do it and things sort of get going from there :)
