Sounds in astral projection

Hitsuin, I woke up in the middle of the night and heard a voice say,"I'm going to send a spirit to you. " That was April 2013. Since then, I am frequently aware of being protected and guided. I don't usually hear a voice as clearly as I did for the first couple of months
When I do, I know it's important.

I didn't know anything about guides and very little of spirituality, when my experiences began. I learned as I researched the things that happened. I had hit a very low point in my life and was close to harming myself due to an eating disorder. Close enough, that my mother and sisters attempted an intervention. My guides helped me to save my life.

I find these sounds can vary hugely, from random sounds like popping to what can sounds like radio chatter.

To hear it best you have to be in a silent room with no noise, they you will hear it more clearly :)

True, I know how to do it.

Many sounds, especially from other spirits and sounds that I don't know the origins from are best heard at night in a silent room.

Hiya. Alot of people report hearing sounds, anything from a refridgerator hum to a loud jet engine...these sounds are simply your vibrations changing from your physical vibration as your astral body needs to have a different vibration to your physical body to separate from it

Yes it does, your spiritual vibration is allot higher than your body can handle, that is why sometimes spiritually you do feel separate from it.

When your soul is a higher vibration than then environment it brings on foreign feelings (you feel like a stranger in the current environment) but at the same time it makes you more sensitive to changes or another way of putting it is that you get a heightened awareness :)

I myself dont usually hear the vibrations but thats because I'm a feeler and knower...hence my empathy and sometimes telepathy...but I'm very sensitive to feeling the vibrational shift⭐❤⭐
