Reading someone's feelings

My friend drew some cards to ask about how a certain person feels about her and below are the cards she got;

1st row : King of wands, Nine of pentacles, Devil
2nd row : Queen of pentacles, Six of wands, 8 of swords,
3rd row : Moon , Seven of Swords , Death
Overall card is the 3 of cups

When she pulled cards about how she feels about this man she got;

1st row: Seven of swords , Moon, the Devil
2nd row: Nine of swords, Queen of swords, King of wands
3rd row : The lovers, Star, Death
Overall card is the Sun

She says The King of Wands and Queen of Swords keeps coming up in every reading done about this man. And Moon card too seems to show up very often.

Can somebody help me with interpreting these cards for her?

I like to keep things simple when asking about others’ feelings when doing a tarot reading because with too many cards, it can get complicated to interpret unless one is a seasoned reader. May I suggest the following layout: 4 cards in a vertical row. Bottom card (1), next card up (2), next card up (3) and top card (4). Ask inquiry as such: “what are _____(name) thoughts and feelings about me? (1) card is physical feelings; (2) card is emotional feelings; (3) card is mental thoughts; (4) card is spiritual thoughts about inquirer.

Our thoughts about someone may differ from our feelings about someone, so this type of layout gives you both perceptions. A major arcana in the (4) card position would indicate to me that it is a very important relationship/ connection. I hope this helps.

In regards to the above cards in your post, I feel her energy is more consumed with him than his with hers. But there are too many cards to give an accurate interpretation. Best wishes!

Indeed too many cards for 1 question, also don't get why there have to be 3 rows? What was the idea behind that?

If you want help interpreting you need to be clearer so we know how why what.
