sensations with reiki level 1
Hi everyone
I just finished my 21 days of attunment of reiki level 1 and in my practices and self reiki i noticed that i dont feel any sensations in my hands mostly from the crown chakra to heart chakra but from splar plexus to root chakra i feel an intense heat in those areas althoug no sensations in my hands.
Can anyone comment on this?

Everyone's experience with reiki will be different. Don't worry about not feeling any sensations in your hands. I don't think I felt anything either after my level 1 course. On the other hand it might just mean that nothing or very little reiki was needed in those areas. The heat you feel from certain chakras means that those centers needed the energy healing.
The sensations you get while practicing reiki may change when you get into levels 2 and 3. For me, I now feel the energy coming out of my palms after a few minutes of working in one spot. Your body also warms up during the session as a result of this.
