The idea of tomato rice soup isn't my idea. Campbell's used to sell a tomato rice soup years ago. Now I make my own. I use Pacific Organic Creamy Tomato Soup (you can buy it in 8 oz or quart size box). Most supermarkets carry it in Colorado. 1/2 teaspoon sugar to take the tang out and it will need a few grains of salt. Sometimes I add some thawed out green peas to the soup as well. Peas weren't in the Campbell's soup, but it makes me think I am eating healthier.  |

Okay, today will be Jojo's idea: meatloaf, mashed, gravy and I will add a green salad.
Oh yum! Our favorite! Meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow for lunch.

Today I had Mashed potatoes and Meat Loaf . I like my mom's meatloaf and everyone has their own ways of cooking theirs .

Roast chicken with potatoes and broccolli. Red pepper on top to spice it up, give it a bit of colour and keep it interesting. My new cooking experiment.
