I might have to try the baking paper idea! Thank you for mentioning it!
We are having kielbasa with onions and peppers and grilled green chilis from the garden. Maybe some sweet potato fries in the air fryer.

I'm going to grill some chicken wings and then braise them in some bbq sauce to tenderize them. Lots of napkins tonight, lol.
